India-Pakistan secret talks to decrease conflict on Kashmir issue

High ranking Indian and Pakistan intelligence officials did secret talks in Dubai to decrease conflicts between two countries regarding Kashmir issue.

According to officials the secret talks between India and Pakistan were held in Dubai with cooperation of UAE government.

"I believe that India and Pakistan have discussed this issue many times in a third country," said Aisha Siddiqa, a senior Pakistani defense analyst.

According to Ms. Siddique, these meetings between India and Pakistan have been held in Thailand, Dubai and London among the most senior (India and Pakistan) officials.

conflict between India and Pakistan increased after Pakistan bombed on an Indian military convoy in Kashmir at 2019, after that Prime Minister Narendra Modi revoked the special concessions granted to Kashmir.

Conflicts between India and Pakistan over the Kashmir issue have been going on for many years. Although the two countries control parts of Kashmir and both countries claim ownership.
